After aptitude test they conducted interview online and they selected total 22 mem for interview from my college.. interview was mostly technical questions (Concrete technology and structures) they selected only 7 mem out of 22 and I was not there in the list...some of my frnds told me that they will release another list based on vacancies in the company..i don't know if I will get selected or not as of now I'm not selected

Question 1
1) Introduce yourself (including family background) As I'm from Civil engineering background they asked: What's your favourite subject? Why we provide cover in construction? Code followed for cover and what are values of cover for different structural members? Tests done by me in concrete technology lab ? Asked in brief regarding tests I mentioned
OA, interview process happened after a few days of OA result, there were 2 people in the panel one technical and one HR . i was asked quite a few questions that i was able to answer without any problems.
Online , technical interview and hriday interview combined, core electrical questions, personality questions, over all good and good interviewers, prepare core electrical concepts, also prepare well regarding your projects. Etc etc.... Overall good experience all the best

well structured and proper instruction and set up , prepared well with what skills the applicant has mentioned in the resume. explain the projects completed and what is your contribution in it, basic skill knowledge and proper communication knowledge needed.
