The recruitment was online.
After technical + apti test they share selected candidates to the campus.
Then after 1-2 week they called us for online interview.
Extempore was taken at the last of interview.
But they shared the final results after 1.5 months.
Till that many candidates accepted other companies offers.
Single round of interview, 8-10 minutes with just basic questions about geotechincal engineering majorly about internship. They also gave a topic and asked to talk about it for a minute just to check our communication.
