There was three stages of selection process, firstly shortlist based on CV, then followed by aptitude plus technical test and finally one to one HR plus technical interview everything was on online.
First they took aptitude test and your domin test and shortlisted on their basis You have to upload too much documents before you have to appear for the interview process and it was hectic to collect these documents before getting placed

L&T came to my Institute for campus recruitment. The process began with a written test followed by Technical Interview. 3 of PG students were selected for the interview process. After a long wait, they revealed that they did not have a vacancy.
