Interview
when you are shortlisted for the particular job requirement, then you have to go through interview round and after that they verify your qualiification and then if you fulfill are criteria only then you are selected and informed through the e-mail you provided before for further procedure.
Test, technical interview and final HR interview
Test will be in online mode and after clearing the cut off only the interview call will be schedule.
And HR round is for the discussion.

It was an virtual interview. They mostly test about your communication skills, depth of subject from working, comission, construction point of view. You also should aware about flow of the construction project And also experience of working with vendors and solving design engineering problems.
