Took written test in University. Shortlisted 3 students after near about six months. Called us for interview in Kolkata headquarters in January and never revealed results till yet. M.tech is over so I have no expectations of getting results now.

The process was easy and the interview was so simple basic question and some question from hardness testing material characterization.Hr question was also simple why you want to switch from metallurgy to civil background

Purely technical in the mechanical domain with few managerial questions. Started with an introduction then BTP & course project related question. then shifted to core courses like HT TD SOM etc. finally few HR questions on relocation & interest
