the selection process took place in two rounds:
1.apptitude online exam i.e., consisting quant, verbal n reasoning no -ve marking)
2. interview (who cleared the apptitude exam )
Talkin abt appti. ,it was quite easy and an average level of preparation will work.
abt interview, i'ld say it was way too long approx 1 hr 5 min(quite surprising)
the interviewer didnt ask the HR questions to any of the interviewees though it is smthing indispensable, still.
technical questions were from the basic subjects as well as from the favourite subjects. asked abt the major/minor trainings.
main focus was also on manufacturing process contrary to strength of materials n thermodynamics.
i'ld say the interview was too unconventional n rather unexpected
the result is awaited though
