first i appear for written test after written test i called for interview at same day.in evening they decleared the interview result .next day they called me for g.d. and after g.d. next day was my medicle test and i cleared all test and they called their regional office for joining.

Question 1
first question was to introduce myself and after that all question related to mechanical engineering specially related to automobiles.
First they do Telephonic interview.
Then we have to give Aptitude test.
If we get shortlisted then we are scheduled for personal interview. Interviewers ask technical and aptitude questions. Process is easy.I didn't have any difficulty in whole process.

First you can apply according to their eligibility criteria.
Then you will have a test containing your core questions, aptitude and english and reasoning questions in 4 sections.After that test , shortlisting will be there and a final round of interview will be there in which they will ask you about your core technical questions and if you're interested for PAN india or not? And they will ask you to speak for about 2 mins on any recent topic going on!

And then they will ask for location and a general question why are you interested in this job or do you want to study further or not.
First they start from our bio data ,then ask for explaining our self,after that they start to ask the technical questions.after that the each members of the interview board start to asking questions
