Larsen & Toubro Graduate Engineering Trainee GET interview questions

The interview began with an introduction round, where I was asked to talk about myself. Following this, they proceeded with basic technical questions to assess my foundational knowledge. After that, the discussion shifted towards my projects and internship experiences. I explained my role, responsibilities, and key learnings, especially emphasizing the technical aspects and how they contributed to my skill set. Towards the end, there was an HR-related question. Additionally, they assigned me a topic on which I had to deliver a short speech. This segment tested my communication skills, confidence, and ability to articulate thoughts effectively. Overall, the interview covered multiple dimensions, from technical expertise to personal attributes like presentation and interpersonal skills.
