Lack of some skill test to identify candidade potencial. First I met the VP of the division through a personalidade indication ( friend ), them, took another 1 week to be interviewed by the HR manager. The altitude of HR manager was not to really understand my profile, but to find something against, since I was indicated by the position owner...
Still took another 2 weeks to be contacted again by HR, só after the interview I received no feed back, honestly I was already forgetting about it... So, when I got a phone call, it was to start imediately, I had a few days only to organize ....
