There are four steps. In the first step, on-line test is held which seems to examine the character and personality of the applicant. In the second step, there is an off-line test which asks to provide tactics to solve a problem which could be understood by common knowledge of that field. When you pass those two tests, there will be chances to interview with researchers who will ask to explain your research areas in detail. The final step will be interview with executives.
