They called me several times for interview rearrangement due to busy schedule of Chief of Operating Officer (COO). When i visited Reynosa Mexico, COO did not even showed up for interview.

They asked for age, religion, blood type. And they are busy with shooting you down because they do not want to pay properlly. Assistant Manager's base salary is 41,000.

After first interview with agency, had an interview with Operations Director (who said nothing), HR Manager and Managing Director. MD seemed affable, and asked good searching questions. Answered all my questions, but later experience showed some of his answers to be mis-leading.
