The interview I had was quite straightforward and brief. It felt easygoing from start to finish. The questions were simple and to the point, which made the whole process feel quite relaxed. There weren’t any complex or challenging topics; it was more about basic qualifications and getting a general sense of my fit for the role. Overall, it seemed like a quick and efficient way for both sides to see if there was a mutual match.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
