There were three rounds. In the first one I went to their office and talked to two consultants there. They asked me some basic questions to get to know me better. It was very friendly and laid back, They mainly wanted to know about my motivation for the job. In the second interview I had to complete a case study and present it to them. I also had to complete an QI test online before. It was again very laid back but they did ask me for over an hour about the case, my solution and what I would do if I had more time to work on it. It went very well but sadly I was not invited to the final interview.

Applied online, then did an online assessment. After that went to an assessment centre, which includes a 30mins individual interview and a 15mins written assessment. Interview was not hard but was ghosted after the assessment centre.
