Freundlicher Empfang, mittelmässige Kommunikation im Vorfeld, keine Nennung eines Grundes bei Absage, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Das sollte einem heute nicht mehr passieren. Alles in allem war die Erfahrung in Ordnung.
