I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (Hanoi) in Nov 2013
Interview
The KPMG's Internship normally involved 5 rounds: Resume and Cover Letter Submission, a test, HR interview, Work Simulation, and Final Interview. As for me, somehow the Work Simulation round was omitted. After the Resume round, the test round was rather easy, consisting of two essay props that pose questions on various situations at work and how would you respond. The test is time-pressured, as you have 20 minutes to write each essay (about 300 words each). The HR interview and the Final interview were fairly straight-forward. I was asked questions regarding my resume, my achievements, and why KPMG (to show that you did your homework and did research about the firm). The partner, senior manager and HR personnel that who interviewed me were all very friendly and supportive, so not like what I heard about Deloitte where interviewers make the interview intense on purpose.

Question 1
You mentioned Dean's List in your application, what does it mean?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at KPMG (Singapur)
Interview
After submitting my CV, there was a virtual interview and they asked a market sizing question + why I wanted to join the specific department. They also asked about stuff in my CV and it was overall pretty manageable, they don't expect you to know much as an intern.
It was an hour long with 2 hiring manager and HR. Whole process was like one round to offer. This spanned around 2 weeks in total from HR reach out to offer letter.
The interview process at KPMG was straightforward but rigorous. I completed an online assessment, followed by a video interview, and then a panel interview with case questions. The team was professional, and the timeline was reasonable, taking about a month from application to offer.
