My campus recruitment process with KPMG consisted of four stages: an Online Assessment (OA), Group Discussion (GD), Technical Interview, and HR interview.
The first round was the Online Assessment, which included a mix of core aptitude questions and basic coding problems. This round tested logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and fundamental programming knowledge.
After clearing the OA, I moved to the Group Discussion, where the topic was Artificial Intelligence. The discussion focused on sharing perspectives, understanding real-world applications, and communicating ideas clearly while respecting others’ viewpoints.
The next stage was the Technical Interview, which was mainly based on my resume. I was asked questions related to my projects, academic background, and core computer science concepts to assess my technical understanding and practical exposure.
The final round was the HR interview, which focused on behavioral aspects such as my strengths, teamwork, adaptability, career goals, and how I handle challenges.
I successfully progressed through all stages and reached the HR round, which was a valuable learning experience and gave me good exposure to a professional recruitment process.
