Interview
First stage was an initial phone screening with someone from HR. Next stage was a virtual interview with an Associate Director and Manager on the team. An online assessment followed this interview.

Question 1
Tell me about some of the current trends in the area of Financial Crime in Australia.
The first stage was a phone interview with the recruiter in a friendly manner with the usual questions about salary and work experience, which were good and positive, and they said they would respond within the next two weeks.
Straightforward process. There was an initial interview with HR, then a Director and then finally the Partner. The partner interview was the easiest. That last part is just a culture fit check
The job interview process went through 3 rounds across different levels down-up, excluding the talent manager. It was brutal but totally worth it. The timing sequence is fairly fast ~ every 2 weeks.
