Received a technical assessment off an online assessment site that required webcam and screen sharing. Each question was timed at varying lengths with the technical problems having a longer timer.

Interview
**First Round (30 minutes):**
This round was conducted by professionals with around 4 years of experience. It focused purely on technical aspects.

**Second Round (30 minutes):**
Conducted by someone with approximately 10 years of experience. The format and content were similar to the first round.

* Project walk-through and logic discussion
* Advanced **SQL** and **Python** coding tasks
* Real-world business scenarios requiring analytical thinking
**Final Round (30 minutes):**
This round was held with an **Associate Partner** at the company. It also followed a similar structure to the previous rounds but with a broader perspective.

* High-level analytical questions
* Assessment of strategic thinking and business understanding

It was a very good experience, good talk with talented people about technical and nontechnical topics for example software or for example just having a chat about regular things like hobbies or what u do in the weekends
