The interview was fairly technical and had multiple rounds. the questions we detailed and needed to demonstrate the solution in some way virtually.
The response time after an interview was taxing, HR was not very corporative.

Business analysis related question, situation management, use cases
First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.

During at work you may face some difficulties where the client is being demanding, how would you handle it and prioritise your work.
Apply for job on company website or via referral, check profile, check for duties, roles and responsibilities, Resume selection, hr call, interview 1 , interview 2, offer letter, Negotiation, agreement.

Es wurde mir ein Thema genannt auf das ich mich vorbereiten konnte. Ich Inhaber während des Bewerbungsprozesses mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen gesprochen, dadurch konnte ich einen guten Eindruck gewinnen.
