Just got through round 1 of the interviews for the senior position. It was a one hour interview process with an interviewer focusing mostly on my experiences and resumes. They ask you to elaborate on your resume, preferably consulting related and ask you questions such as what makes you a strong candidate for the position and how you expect to grow at the company,
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KPMG (Madrid) in May 2025
