They asked me to explain my resume in detail and discuss my projects.
It was not a difficult interview because I have won their esg championship and was granted a fast track. The Hr was polite, not pressuring. The questions were designed to test analytical abilities.
Two interviewers, back to back. First was more traditional scripted interview questions, while second was a more casual conversation. Both interviewers were staff in the department I was interviewing for, not HR. Thought it went well, but received automated rejection at 2 am several weeks later with no feedback.
