I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG
Interview
Online application form, numerical & verbal reasoning tests, e-tray exercise. I assume after these come the typical assessment centre with face-to-face interviews, group interviews, and more complex psychometric tests.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KPMG (McLean, VA) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview was very laid back. I met with three different people in one afternoon. Each seemed really nice, and interested in hiring me. They were more interested in casual talk than even going through the resume. They didn't look at my resume while I was there, but all said, walk me through your resume. I never finished on any of the interviews, because they would stop and want to talk in more detail about what job they are hiring for. The office local was nice (Tyson's area), and very professional.
