External candidates:
HR Screening Call- Initial phone conversation with HR after CV selection. The discussion covered background, motivation and general alignment with the role and salary range.
First Interview (1 hour, video call)– Interview with the Hiring Manager and an HR representative. The focus was on experience, competencies, and fit for the role, as well as high-level expectations.
Internal candidates (may vary by department):
Panel Interview (video call)– Interview with the Hiring Manager and additional team members (in my case, 3 interviewers in total). The discussion was more in-depth and focused on functional expertise, stakeholder management and role-specific scenarios.
