Johnson Controls Quality Engineer 3 interview questions

Same day they took, 4 rounds of interview and after completing all rounds, HR didn't respond at all. Even I tried contacting her and asking updates and she says will get back to you in 3 minutes or she won't pick the call and reply with message saying that I am bit busy will call you later, why these dumb people are doing this? what is the need of conducting interviews. I am pissed at johnson controls HR Team. They should speak atleast what was the issue with me. nothing they saying.
