Johnson Controls Technical Lead-Software interview questions

I interviewed in Johnson controls(Pune Office) a day ago. Horrible interviewers! They will not make you comfortable and start asking questions non technical questions. I observed very non professional behaviour from interviewers. They will not check your capability. Same thing happened with few of my friends as well. I think company should provide interview training to them. I request higher management to replace your interviewers.
