I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview was a sit down, one on one with a recruiter as a large college job fair. I talked through my resume with the interviewer and then was asked questions regarding my knowledge of Johnson Controls. The interviewer was happy to know that I had researched them before I went up to their booth, it definitely made a different in the interview atmosphere.
The hiring team did a great job setting up the interview. The video interview was smooth and all the people participating were knowledgeable. Everyone was kind and they wanted to know me as a person besides all the qualifications.

I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Hartford, CT) in May 2023

It was a zoom call for about 30 minutes. They threw a few technical questions about previous experience. Then we talked about schooling and previous projects. Overall it was a good process and the interviewer was pretty kind.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Greensboro, NC) in Apr 2022
Interview
Rude interviewers, unprofessional and kept asking me where Im from. Just my personal experience. The questions were not technical bit more personal, which was not up to standards. I hope that the company can addressed their interview process.
