Flew in the night before and was in hotel near location. Breakfast with person I was replacing prior to coming to office so they could give their opinion of my role in company. Once at office, I interviewed with hiring manager and their immediate supervisor who inquired about my passion for doing research and development. I then interviewed with team I would be managing which consisted of two people. Finished up with HR who gave a background on the company and the benefits.

Interview
It was a 3 round process. 1 st Round was conducted by the local Regional Team. 2 nd Round by the Head of the Unit and 3 rd Round was an HR round. The 1 st Round went very cool, the panel made me feel that the company definitely has a good work culture.

The interview process was quick and the decision was quick. They called me to schedule the interview and in less than 3 weeks they made the offer. The onboarding was painful, though - I couldn't immediately go online to supply my personal/banking information. I had to relocate for this position and my first check was mailed to my old home...
