Short but concise phone interview. I was interviewed by another analyst who did not seem to have much time for the interview itself. I was kind of rushed through the questions and the interviewer just wanted to be done with it. Lasted approx. 15 minutes
Brief, but effective. I had a phone interview and then very quickly was flown in to have an in person Super Day which lasted about 3 hrs. I got the offer that day.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jefferies (London, England)
Interview
CV submission, short phone interview, verbal and logical psychometric tests, AC with about 10 others, then partner face-to-face interviews. Very stringent and ultimately didn't make the cut. Lovely offices though, although I believe they have moved offices since my interviews.
