Made it to two rounds, first with recruiter and then with manager. Pretty informal, not a lot of behavioral questions. Nice interviewers. Hard to get a sense for the actual job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jefferies (London, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
First round laid back to know you better and culture fit
Product knowledge is important and key market characteristics
Interviewers VP and AVP
Collaborative work flow, so had to show what could I bring to the team and how i can help more.
Jefferies has a strong focus on adding value
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jefferies (New York, NY) in Dec 2020
Interview
2 Associate interviews and then a superday. Overall laid back process, not too technical, mostly fit/ interest questions. The superday was remote in 2020 which made 2-1 interviews more clunky than in person ones.
