It was a very quick interview. I had a first round over the phone. Asked the very basic IB questions and some behaviorials. Interviewer seemed pretty rushed on the phone.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jefferies
Interview
The process comprised of a total of 5 candidates in a Zoom call with 5 people from the company ranging from Senior Analyst to Vice President. An initial 1 on 1 interview was conducted in a breakout room. The interviewer was okay but you could lose his attention easily. After that two separate breakout rooms with a presentation exercise to see how you work with others was conducted and you where monitored during the whole process. Finally in front of the initial panel and candidates you had to present a pre selected topic that you had to submit a one page article about one day prior to the assessment center.
