Relatively straightforward. Met with two individuals as well as HR over the phone. No particularly difficult questions and an overall direct process that led to an offer. Coordinated the whole processs with HR over calendar invites which was very efficient.

Question 1
How do you expect your experience from a precious employer to carrying over.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jefferies (Boston, MA) in Mar 2023
Interview
First round interview followed by second round interview. Consists mainly of classic investment banking behaviorals and technicals such as walking through financial statements, discounted cash flows, and accounting methodologies. Overall not too different than another middle market or bulge bracket banking interview
Interview process was approximately three rounds. First round interview with HR then made it to the second round interview with VP. Unfortunately, I was did not make it to the next round
