Very behavioral very nice and personable people. Just know you place when interviewing for a role that is middle office you do not want to overstep and say you want this role as a means to get into trading as the people interviewing you have been trade support their whole career and that would be insulting.
Hackerrank style coding challenge sent out a few weeks after applying - Python, SQL (probably Leetcode easy) + quantitative multiple choice questions, felt it was pretty straightforward but didn't hear back after that
