I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jefferies
Interview
First round virtual interview was 2v1 with varying seniority levels then pushed straight to virtual superday which was 3 interviews of varying questions/interviewers all back to back. Overall fine process lots of technicals.
Superday consisted of five 30 minute interviews. Mix of behavioral/fit and technicals with 5 different members of the team. Overall, the technicals were not the most challenging and the interviewer would try to work with the candidate.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Jefferies (New York, NY)
Interview
No hirevue, first round with an associate, 30 minutes long, basic behavioral and technical questions, after that a super day with 3 people back to back 30 minutes each. Easy, basic a lot of fit questions and need to know macro trends.
