Interview
Phone interview consisted of behavioral questions (conflict etc.) and technical questions about the physics behind semiconductor processing equipment. The in-person interview involved a presentation followed by more behavioral and technical questions. The Intel staff was very good at warning the candidates about how grueling the position is. The staff was very good about describing the day to day rigors of the job.
