I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Portland, OR) in Jun 2011
Interview
I gave an one hour presentation first, and only one easy question was asked. Then I had 1:1 and some 2:1 interviews. 50% technical and 50% behaviours. They focused on my resume, and asked some details about microfabrications, equipment ownership, trainnings, etc. Not hard. Had a nice day in hillsboro. But the job seems boring somehow.

It was a college rush event, so there was a presentation about the area and benefits with about 30 interviewees. Then i had two interview sessions with two people at each. Questions were not technical, mostly personality
