Phone interview (30 minutes). Very light questions. Had a phone call the next day for a site interview. Questions emphasized personality. The only technical questions involved my previous work/research. Everyone was very polite and professional, from talent acquisition to senior engineers. The process moved fast. Two days after submitting my application, I received a phone call. The next day I had a "technical screen". I was called the next day to schedule an on-site interview.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Intel Corporation
Interview
Met the recruiter in a university career fair, the recruiter was supposed to conduct a on campus interview but had to fly back to Portland due to emergency, but he took all the CVs with him. Then about two weeks later, got a phone interview invitation from a project manager. Phone interviewed for one hour. Got the onsite. Onsite consists seven one-on-one interviews and an one hour presentation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) in Jun 2013
Interview
Applied through university career center. Was scheduled a phone interview. This interview was mainly focused on my research work and some basic questions related to 'working in teams' and 'how to deal with conflicts' type questions. At the end of the phone interview was invited for an onsite interview. Met different people throughout the day. The questions were focused a lot on troubleshooting the instruments. There were behavioral questions too mainly on teamwork and conflicts. They made very clear that the job was very demanding (in terms of 60+ hour/week).
