Interview
I submitted my resume, who visit our campus, then got an email for a phone interview. In the phone interview, I was asked to introduce my phD topic, and was asked some situation regarding teamwork. At the end of phone interview, I was asked to visit their site for an on-site interview. In the on-site interview, I met 7~8 interviewee individually for an hour each.

Interview
Conducted a phone interview with one of the area managers and was recommended for a site interview. At the site interview, I gave a one hour thesis research presentation and met with a few process engineers in the morning. I went to lunch with a few of the process engineers, which was a great time to ask questions and was relatively low stress. In the afternoon I met with a few of the area managers.

I was given a problem solving scenario wherein I had to use verbal clues given to me in the problem description to determine whether or not my particular process was responsible for failed devices in the fab.

Interview
Had given resume, when they had come to the campus. Later got email from a manager and he took a phone interview next day. Very friendly guy, he explained about the role and the nature of the job and later moved on to questions and then let me to ask questions. Very frank, normal, easy conversation.
