Interview
They give you an orientation in a group, fed everyone catered lunch and then split everyone up for three smaller interviews with two interviewers in each group. The group you were sent with rotated through the interview "sections" but the evaluators interviewed each candidate separately.

They asked basic questions about schooling and then specific but relatively basic engineering questions. For instance, they asked me to explain and draw a stress strain curve.
Technical and behavioral questions were asked. Questions were not too hard if you are qualified for the job you are applying. There is extra time for questions at the end of the interview too.
