Step 1: The recruiter reached out via email and explained that the hiring team controls the interview process for my position. All TA does is capture a list of responses to job specific questions and forward it along with my resume to the hiring manager.
Step 2: The hiring manager reached out directly to schedule an MS Teams meeting. Intel's MS Teams won't allow you to use your personal MS account so you have to stay logged out of Teams to join their calls (I've never seen that happen before). His Workday questions were extremely basic for a "Senior" position but I enjoyed the discussion otherwise.
Step 3: A Sr. HRIS Analyst reached out directly to schedule a panel interview with herself and two peers. They asked generic behavioral interview questions and the tech-specific questions were limited to "have you worked with _____ before". Also they were adamant about me being on camera when they scheduled the meeting, yet none of them had their cameras on. When I commented on the awkwardness of the situation, one of them said, "That's how we roll."
