I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (Chandler, AZ) in Jul 2018
Interview
Applied online and I received an email after 2 weeks inviting me for an on-site interview. Questions and mail behavioral and technical. I had two interview session with each session conducted by two interviewers. It was a very relaxed set up.
The interview consisted of typical behavioral questions. I highly recommend familiarizing yourself with the S.E.A.T. framework that Intel suggests for crafting your elevator pitch.
The interview lasted 50 minutes and was conducted virtually with two managers. They spent about 30 minutes asking questions related to my resume. I had 5-7 minutes at the end to ask them questions about the job.
Since this was an entry-level position, there were very few technical questions. However, be prepared for a random, out-of-the-box question to assess your problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Did you have any issues with a particular person in your group from [your internship/job/project] and how did you resolve the situation with the person?
