Intact Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

After the initial application, you get a mail for an assessment then the next phase of the hiring process is a preloaded video after which if you are successful you move on to the next phase. Unfortunately I didn’t get pass the preloaded video stage

Applied on their website, got an invite to a 3rd party video interview service, which was like recording a selfie. After that an invite to complete a PLUM profile, lastly invited to an interview fair.
