Was called for a phone interview first, where they basically vetted you with questions like, "Do you have any vacations coming up?" or "Do you have three supervisory references?" Passed that, and got an in-person interview. It consisted of two interviewers: one was HR and the other was the Underwriting manager for Personal lines (who I would've been working under). They asked typical STAR interviewing questions.

Question 1
Name a time where you were faced with a difficult manager
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Intact (Laval, QC)
Interview
Frankly, I haven't started yet to work there. I've gone through the first round of of interview with the recruiter and she was really great. Had a very positive impression of the company. She was focused and friendly. Called me sharp on the agreed time. She was clearly listening to me and had reviewed my resume ahead of time.
She made me feel very comfortable and wanting to get to know this company more for sure!!
I'm waiting to see if I make it to the next round. Fingers crossed!!
Please note that I clicked as if the offer was accepted but I haven't gotten that far yet.

Question 1
Tell me about your understanding of this role in detdil
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intact in Nov 2015
Interview
hiring process took about 1month long. First a telephone interview followed by an online simulation, then first in-person interview with 2 unit managers, if successful followed by a personality/strength online assessment, then second interview with the director of the department you are applying for. I am actually in process of the second interview and not sure yet what the outcome is even though i answered 'YES' to a job offer. I just wanted to submit my experience so far in the interview process.
