Interview
About 10 people were interviewed for the position. There was a group presentation followed by 1 on 1 interview that went over basic HR questions and resume. Each candidate was interviewed by one of the 4 HR staffs. We also had a tour of the offices.

Interview
First Phone interview, second in person with 2 managers, third in person with VP. Had to complete a lengthy personality quiz to determine what type of work environment I would be suitable. Each in person interview was about an hour long with a lot of questions. My 3 references even had quite a lot of questions to answer too, with option to do over the phone or online. Definitely longest interview process I've had to go through, but glad I did it, and very happy in my position.

Interview
Applied online, after 3 days received a questionnaire via email that needed to be filled out and to be returned back to them with the answers. After a day or two I've received an invitation to participate in a group session. I was expecting a group interview, and it turns out they've invited around 30-35 people the same day for the "group session". It was crowded, we sat and listen to them (managers, Intact employees, supervisors and HRs) while they were doing a PowerPoint presentation about Intact's values, goals, expectations, employees experiences, what the job is about and etc. You might find the need to take notes during the whole process. Before the start of the presentation they took a group photo of us, so that they can make "the selection" later, and then they made each one of us to stand up say their name and respond to one question in front of everybody. Then they split and called each one of the us to sit and talk with a person from Intact. The so-called interview was around 5-10 minutes. The interviewer seemed to be uninterested and even bored. It was really uncomfortable...
Overall... I would say I had a negative experience.
