Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Many behavioural questions. Very straight forward and expected for a role in customer service.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intact (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
Pretty tough interview, definitely a lot harder than the industry standard, but not impossibly hard. Typical industry questions (why P&C, why Intact etc.) with a few more thinking questions (how much would it cost to clean all the windows in GTA). Lasted just under an hour, but the atmosphere was very nice and relaxed so not that much of a struggle overall.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intact (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Pretty long process. There was a phone interview, an online behavior questionnaire, an online customer service assessment, in-person interview with two managers, a background check requiring 3 references including a credit and previous employment check. This process took around 2 weeks.
