Intact Insurance UK interview questions

interviewed by PM, duration was 45 minutes. Discussion focused on ability to fit within project team, talked about previous work experience, not to concerned with lack of specific experience within targeted business unit, wanted experienced BA who could work independently with little PM supervision.

Telephone interview followed by two face to face interviews at the main office in London. The whole process took about three weeks. I had expected two interviews and was rather disappointed when I was asked to go back for the third. As it turned out, the telephone interview was a fairly relaxed chat, and the third interview was not particularly challenging, it felt more like a rubber stamping exercise. The second interview was the most challenging. The entire interview and onboarding process took about 6 weeks because after I received an offer I had to have police and financial checks. RSA were not happy with my business insurance so I had to find another provider.
