Intact Customer Service CSR interview questions

did video interview, no response after that. Time limit was pretty short so was hard to think quick on the spot for the last few questions. Last question was to write an email and only got 2 minutes to type out a whole email after reading the short case.

Did an automated phone interview after applying online. Was well prepared and answered accordingly. This was 4 weeks and have heard nothing back. I received multiple offers from other companies and have accepted a different position. It’s disappointing they don’t send any follow up as most places do in my experience.
