I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Intact (Mississauga, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
Both phone and in person interview asked a lot of scenario based questions. Lots of examples and situations were given and you had to respond. You must prepare well. You must think on your feet and give answers that show case your skills. They write everything down and review it later. HR is kind of slow and mess things up a lot. Stay on top and follow up after your interview.

Question 1
How would you deal in a situation where you knew you were right but met with opposition from co workers and management?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intact in Oct 2016
Interview
Went in, interviewed with two individuals. Both were extremely nice, small talked for a bit before the interview, they described how everything would go and then asked 7 questions that were all scenario/"tell me a time when..." questions

Question 1
Tell me a time when you went above and beyond what was expected?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intact
Interview
Applied online, after 3 days received a questionnaire via email that needed to be filled out and to be returned back to them with the answers. After a day or two I've received an invitation to participate in a group session. I was expecting a group interview, and it turns out they've invited around 30-35 people the same day for the "group session". It was crowded, we sat and listen to them (managers, Intact employees, supervisors and HRs) while they were doing a PowerPoint presentation about Intact's values, goals, expectations, employees experiences, what the job is about and etc. You might find the need to take notes during the whole process. Before the start of the presentation they took a group photo of us, so that they can make "the selection" later, and then they made each one of us to stand up say their name and respond to one question in front of everybody. Then they split and called each one of the us to sit and talk with a person from Intact. The so-called interview was around 5-10 minutes. The interviewer seemed to be uninterested and even bored. It was really uncomfortable...
Overall... I would say I had a negative experience.
