I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ingram Micro (Irvine, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
What made the interview process painless is the Sr. Technical Recruiter Jeannie Jones. She was great at providing information about the company, position, manager, and projects.
The interview process was very typical, met with the hiring manager and we had a great interview/conversation. During the entire process Jeannie kept me informed and updated. I do think that in this case her professionalism made the difference.
Thank you.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ingram Micro (Irvine, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews. First is the HR screening round on the phone.
Meet with different VPs (2-3 people) in relevant departments. Following up with an actual onsite interview with 2 people again.
Finally, call with the HR.
The interview was stressful and took too long. Finally got in but didn't stay there long. After the drug test i got hired on the spot and went through orientation
Met with hiring manager and director. Mainly asked questions pertaining to the my resume and a few behavioral questions. Pretty straight forward. No trick questions for an entry role position.
