The hiring process began with a presentation on the company and its various verticals. It was then followed by a aptitude test. It was not very difficult and consisted questions to check analytical and verbal skills. The shortlisted candidates were then subjected to a HR interview which was generic in nature and mainly checked communication skills.

freshers are hired through campus selections. For laterals wil be through referrals. some employee should refer the candidate and then there will be 2 to 3 rounds of techinal and HR interview.
