I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Neu-Delhi)
Interview
before giving any interview they called and asked for my details regarding current company salary and experience. I asked for about 70-80% increment . They were ok with this .then they schedule the interview
The interview had 3 rounds .
1st - technical round - basic Java concepts on exception handling, oops concepts, multi threading , Collections.
2nd round - Managerial round - project and work related things asked .
3rd round - they send me the email regarding some documents needed to be sent ( asked basic details, education background, then current salary and expected salary).
-- I received the call and they told me like they will only provide 20% increment on the current CTC . So I simply decline the offer. It a very disappointing thing to give only 20-30% raise . Very bad experience.
